Expand into Canada (for U.S. brands)
Your distribution partner in Canada.
Your regular product, imported, made compliant, and sold online and in stores from local stock.
The barriers
Why Canada stalls.
The demand is already there. Canadian fans pay cross-border shipping, or buy from resellers at inflated prices.
What stops most brands is the work in between:
- Customs and import paperwork
- Bilingual labels and Canadian nutrition facts
- A second currency
- No local stock
- No retail relationships

What we do
Every barrier, handled in order.
Five steps take your product from your U.S. warehouse to Canadian customers.
- 1
Free label review
We review your product and labels, with a clear answer on what needs to change.
- 2
Import
We are the importer of record, licensed to bring food and personal care products into Canada. Customs and origin paperwork included.
- 3
Relabelling, only when needed
Bilingual text, Canadian nutrition facts and importer details, applied at our facility. Your production run stays the same.
- 4
Inventory in Canada
We hold stock locally, so orders ship in days, not weeks.
- 5
Selling
Amazon.ca with your existing global ratings, Walmart.ca, and retail through our network.

Step 3 · The Canadian Nutrition Facts table
Your brand
Your brand stays yours.
- No separate Canadian production
- No repackaging beyond compliance
- Your pricing floor respected
- Your brand registered and protected on Amazon.ca
- Unauthorized sellers and cross-border listings cleaned up
We’ll ask you to turn off Amazon’s remote fulfillment to Canada, so your own listings don’t compete with local stock.

- Any current Canadian sales, or sellers you know of
Questions U.S. brands ask.
Do we need a Canadian company or tax number?
No. We are the importer and the Canadian account, so you don’t need to set up a company or register for Canadian taxes.
Who pays duties and taxes?
We handle duties and taxes on the Canadian side as part of importing your product. How that is reflected in pricing is agreed upfront.
How does shipping work?
We handle it end to end. Once a first order is agreed, we provide the shipping labels and paperwork and book the pickup from your warehouse. Your team just has the pallets ready.
What about returns?
Returns from Canadian customers come back to us, not to you. We inspect them and handle them under the process we agree together.
Our product is already on Amazon.ca through resellers. What happens?
We register and protect your brand, then work to clean up unauthorized listings so customers buy from stock we manage.
Do our Amazon.com reviews show in Canada?
Yes. When the product uses the same ASIN, your existing global ratings carry over to Amazon.ca.
